Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Rigger to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and effective installation, maintenance, and removal of heavy machinery, equipment, and materials across various worksites. Your expertise in rigging techniques will be crucial as you tackle complex lifting tasks and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations during all rigging operations.
• Establish and maintain communication with crane operators to ensure effective lifting.
• Assist in creating lift plans and rigging layouts for various projects.
• Participate in post-operation debriefs to discuss performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• National Certificate in Rigging is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Rigger, especially on large-scale projects.

Technical Skills

• Heavy Machinery Handling
• Load Stability Assessment

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Advanced Rigging License
• First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
