As an Ironing Pleater, you will take charge of ironing and pleating garments, ensuring each piece meets our rigorous quality standards. This role demands a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with a variety of materials efficiently. Experience in garment care and a passion for delivering excellence are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently iron and pleat garments by using industrial machinery and hand tools.
• Review garments pre-pressing to identify and resolve any issues in quality.
• Work collaboratively with the ironing team to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards while operating equipment.
• Assist in training new employees on machine operation and garment processing.
• Document all output data for quality control and process improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in garment care is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in garment production or similar roles will be highly regarded.
