Job Description

Hotel Group Australia is looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our Katherine location. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations, from front-of-house to back-end services. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential for maintaining our high standards of guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth management of all departments.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality service and deliveries.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure hotel facilities and rooms are maintained to the highest standard.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
