Job Description

As a Blade Worker at Leading Edge Manufacturing, you will be responsible for cutting and shaping metal blades using advanced machinery and tools. You will play a pivotal role in our production line, ensuring that our products meet strict quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machinery settings to achieve the desired blade specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages.
• Uphold quality assurance standards in all production areas.
• Suggest enhancements for product quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade qualification in Metal Fabrication is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Safety Protocols

• Communication

Certifications

• Forklift License (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
