Job Description

As a People Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your friendly demeanor and exceptional communication skills will help guide guests throughout their experience in our venue.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries.
  • Ensure the entrance area is tidy and inviting.
  • Guide customers to the correct locations within the facility.
  • Assist with managing queues to ensure an efficient flow.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Stay updated on current events and facility information.
  • Handle customer feedback with care and professionalism.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
