Our processing facility in Melbourne is on the lookout for a dedicated Offal Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and packaging offal products such as livers and hearts, adhering to stringent health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare offal for further processing and packaging.
• Strictly follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks on all offal products.
• Participate in training sessions on health and safety.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
• Communicate any concerns to the Production Manager promptly.
• Actively engage in team meetings to discuss productivity.
• Adapt to various tasks and work at different stations as required.
• Stay updated on processing techniques and safety improvements.
• Provide support as necessary during busy production periods.
