Job Description
As a Paint Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and finishing processes across a range of projects. Your leadership will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of painters and ensure quality control on-site.
Plan and oversee painting schedules and resource allocation.
Conduct daily briefings to discuss project goals and safety measures.
Manage inventory and assist in sourcing of materials.
Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration.
Monitor compliance with job specifications and industry standards.
Document project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Requirements
Education
Trade qualification in painting or finishing
Certification in Risk Assessment and Safety
Experience
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in painting or construction
