Job Description

As a Paint Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and finishing processes across a range of projects. Your leadership will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of painters and ensure quality control on-site.
  • Plan and oversee painting schedules and resource allocation.
  • Conduct daily briefings to discuss project goals and safety measures.
  • Manage inventory and assist in sourcing of materials.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration.
  • Monitor compliance with job specifications and industry standards.
  • Document project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Requirements

Education
  • Trade qualification in painting or finishing
  • Certification in Risk Assessment and Safety
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in painting or construction
