We are on the hunt for a passionate Architect to join our team in Darwin. You will play a pivotal role in designing innovative and sustainable buildings while collaborating with clients to understand their vision and ensure project delivery meets industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Utilise design software to create detailed architectural models.
• Evaluate construction plans to ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Research and implement sustainable design practices.
• Maintain project timelines and budget effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Postgraduate studies in Sustainable Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of architectural experience with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• Building Codes Knowledge
• Green Building Standards

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Architect in Australia
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in urban planning projects: Background in urban design and community-focused projects.
• Familiarity with advanced modelling software: Proficiency with tools such as 3ds Max or Lumion.
