Business Analyst

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our team in Wodonga. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business by translating business needs into technical requirements. With strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving, you will help our teams deliver effective solutions that meet client and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
• Analyse current business processes and recommend opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Prepare business requirements documents that facilitate project execution.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and focus groups as needed.
• Assist project managers in ensuring that projects remain on track and within budget.
• Perform data analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist in user training and ensure user satisfaction post-deployment.
• Create and update process documentation for various stakeholders.
• Meet regularly with teams to identify and resolve project issues.
• Advise on best practices for change management and user adoption.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Master's degree in Business Analytics is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in IT projects

Certifications

• Business Analysis Certification (IIBA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
