Responsibilities

  • Lead operational meetings to discuss performance and strategy.
  • Develop guest service protocols and training programs.
  • Estimate revenue projections and manage financial reporting.
  • Ensure all hotel areas meet cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Foster a positive working environment for all staff.
  • Develop strategies for staff retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications in hospitality management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality sector
