Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate sawing machines for various production runs.
• Ensure that all operations meet company safety and quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and checks to ensure machines run smoothly.
• Work with team members to meet production targets effectively.
• Report and document any production or machine issues that arise.
• Participate in team meetings to review production goals.
• Train and mentor junior staff in machine operation and safety procedures.
