Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for network and connectivity issues.
  • Conduct user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other IT staff for escalated support issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Certification in ITIL or CompTIA A+ is a plus

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical support roles
