We are seeking skilled Cutting and Slicing Machine Setters and Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Sydney. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining shear machines, ensuring precision cuts of metal plates while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols to prevent workplace injuries.
• Adapt to changing production requirements and schedules.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and issues.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of cutting equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in other metalworking techniques such as welding or machining is an advantage.

• Forklift License: A valid forklift operating license is preferred.
