Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Paperer to enhance the aesthetics of various surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring perfect wallpaper application and alignment while working alongside clients to create their dream interiors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as required.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance.
• Track and manage inventory of wallpaper and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and client expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest wallpaper trends and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience is preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience as a Paperer or in a related role preferred.

Technical Skills

• Wallpaper application techniques
• Surface preparation

• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with specialty wallpapers: Familiarity with vinyl, fabric-backed, and textured wallpapers.
• Knowledge of colour matching: Ability to colour match and mix wallpaper adhesives.
