Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our thriving sales team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent communication with potential clients.
  • Build rapport with clients to establish trust and facilitate sales processes.
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports to track performance and forecast future sales.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet both customer and company requirements.
  • Implement promotional campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the company CRM.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to address client requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
