Responsibilities

• Assist in managing patient transitions from hospital to home care.
• Act as a mentor for junior nursing staff.
• Monitor the effectiveness of patient care interventions.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in research and evidence-based practice initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Nursing

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
