Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from concept through implementation
• Utilize simulation software to design and test automation systems
• Ensure that automation processes meet regulatory and compliance standards
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for automation projects
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions for new automation ideas
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners
• Coordinate with IT for integration of new automation solutions with existing infrastructure
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation for all automation projects

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Robotics
• Professional certifications in automation are a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in automation systems design
