Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience across our software solutions. This role requires a keen understanding of user behaviour, a creative mind, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through execution.
• Use analytics data to make informed design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align brand strategies.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• HTML/CSS

Languages

• English: Fluent
