Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer who is passionate about creating innovative design solutions. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop mechanical systems and components, ensuring designs meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems and components for various projects.
• Conduct testing and analyses to validate designs.
• Work with clients to gather requirements and specifications for designs.
• Produce detailed engineering plans and schematics.
• Prepare technical presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for projects.
• Review designs for compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficient in CAD software
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Leadership abilities

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies: Understanding of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies.
