Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Feeder to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for feeding nails into machinery, ensuring smooth operations while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Feed nails into machinery following production schedules.
• Perform regular checks on machinery to ensure proper functioning.
• Document and report any quality concerns to management.
• Keep workstations tidy and free from hazards.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols diligently.
• Work closely with the production team to enhance workflow.
• Participate in training programs to improve skills.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Use of manufacturing equipment

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Team collaboration

Advantageous

• Forklift license: Having a forklift license is beneficial for this position.
• Experience with nail-feeding machinery: Previous experience using nail-feeding equipment is a plus.
