Job Description

As a Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be pivotal in operating machinery to produce metal plates. Your role will encompass setting up machinery, quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols while collaborating with team members to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including hydraulic presses and punch presses.
• Perform sheet metal fabrication using various techniques.
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify process improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Engineering or Fabrication

Experience

• Experience with CNC machines and electroplating processes preferred.

Technical Skills

• Metalworking processes
• Experience with hand-held tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Time management

Certifications

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with electroplating processes: Expertise in applying protective coatings through electroplating methods.
