Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the spa including budgeting and financial planning.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Develop and implement customer service initiatives.
Facilitate team meetings to encourage communication and share best practices.
Coordinate with marketing to promote spa services and events.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or the hospitality industry
