Blow Pit Helper

Job Description

As a Blow Pit Helper, you will play a critical role in our glass manufacturing process. This position involves operating and maintaining the blow pit machine, collaborating with a skilled production team to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the blow pit operator in executing daily production tasks.
• Perform regular inspections on machinery to ensure operational integrity.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with quality control checks of produced glass items.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production challenges.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production strategies and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of relevant vocational training is advantageous.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
