A strong background in mechanical systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various production machines effectively.
• Conduct regular assessments of production line efficiency.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure machinery is running smoothly.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and documented.
• Assist in process audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
• Contribute to the development of training materials for new equipment.
• Support ISO 9001 Quality Management System compliance.
• Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in production or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Six Sigma Methodologies
• PLC Programming

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
