Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nitrator Operator to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will operate, monitor, and maintain nitration process equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You should have a solid understanding of the nitration process and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adjust process parameters as necessary to meet production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to identify process improvements.
• Participate in troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate III in Chemical, Hydrocarbons and Refining Operations or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment as a Nitrator Operator

• English: Fluent
