We are looking for skilled Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for stripping forms from castings and ensuring the production of quality products within set timelines.

Responsibilities

• Remove concrete forms efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Assist in training new laborers on best practices and safety measures.
• Troubleshoot any production issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Help maintain tools and machinery in proper working condition.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Preferred experience in concrete formwork.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Form Stripping
• Safety Compliance

Soft Skills

• Good Communication

Certifications

• Forklift License (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior Experience on Large-Scale Construction Sites: Experience in handling significant construction projects effectively.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations: Understanding of local and federal construction regulations.
