Responsibilities

• Develop and analyse actuarial models to predict future risks.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing policies and procedures.
• Engage with external partners to gain insights into market developments.
• Support data management and integrity across actuarial databases.
• Provide expert advice on financial implications of decisions.
• Draft and present technical papers on actuarial studies.
• Engage in industry forums to share knowledge and network.
• Assist with the continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Guide cross-functional teams on risk assessment and management practices.
• Support the development of staff training programs on actuarial best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science
• Master's degree preferred but not required

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in insurance or financial services
