Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in Gold Coast. This role involves providing first-class technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage help desk tickets and provide first-line support.
• Assist in troubleshooting network issues.
• Support implementation of new IT projects.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in user account management and access control.
• Document and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Assist in the configuration of desktop environments.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role

• Mac OS

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent
