Job Description

Join us as a Processing Operator where you will take charge of the processing equipment and be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards in our production. You will play a key role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, working closely with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control machinery used in processing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety and sanitary standards.
  • Perform regular quality checks on production outputs.
  • Assist in the identification of areas for process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate logs of production metrics and incidents.
  • Ensure effective communication with team members and supervisors about production status.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and strategies.
  • Provide training to new team members on equipment operation and safety.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness.
  • Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certifications in food processing or machinery operation are preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in food processing or manufacturing
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in operating various processing machinery
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
Certifications
  • Advanced Food Safety Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
