Medical Transcriptionist

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Medical Transcriptionist to join our team. In this role, you will transcribe medical audio recordings, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to privacy regulations. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in medical transcription and robust typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe a variety of medical reports, including patient histories and examination notes.
• Ensure that all records are correctly formatted and filed in accordance with established protocols.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and medical staff regarding transcription needs.
• Continuously improve transcription skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to team objectives.
• Support other administrative duties as required.
