Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual to join our team as a Post Commander. In this critical role, you will lead and manage a dedicated team of security personnel. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the protection and safety of our client's premises while maintaining effective communication and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and coordinate team activities.
• Communicate security policies to all team members and guests.
• Review and adjust security strategies based on risk assessments.
• Conduct training sessions and drills for security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding safety.
• Document and report any security incidents or breaches.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Manage inventory of security equipment and supplies.
• Gather feedback from team members to improve practices.
• Assist in recruitment and performance evaluation of security staff.

Requirements

Education

• Valid Security License or equivalent
• Advanced first aid training is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred
