Job Description

As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations. Responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, you'll work closely with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily stock checks to manage inventory levels accurately.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues.
  • Update inventory records in real-time to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with vendor communication regarding inventory levels and shipping statuses.
  • Implement best practices in inventory management and control.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Higher education in a related field preferred
Experience
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in inventory control or related environments.
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Database management
Soft Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with international logistics: Experience in dealing with suppliers and customs processes.
