Join us as an IT Support Technician and be the first point of contact for technical issues in our Gold Coast office. This role requires excellent communication skills and technical knowledge to troubleshoot problems effectively. You'll work closely with other IT professionals to provide solutions that enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Perform regular system backups and data recovery.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback on user experience to improve support processes.
• Stay updated on technology trends and IT best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Remote Support Tools

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
