Job Description

As a Gear Lapper, you will operate and maintain gear lapping machines that produce high-quality gears. Your role will involve adhering to specifications, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the gears meet our quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines based on the production requirements and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure that all produced gears meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Mentor junior operators and assist in training new hires.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in CNC operation or relevant qualifications

Experience

• Demonstrated experience with CNC machines preferred.

Technical Skills

• CNC operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with AutoCAD: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
