Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee key projects on the Sunshine Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with stakeholders, managing resources and expectations while leading a team to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage project resource allocation and scheduling.
• Provide mentorship and support to project team members.
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned.
• Collaborate with other departments for project integration.
• Ensure projects align with company strategic goals.
• Lead change management processes as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing diverse projects

• Agile Project Management

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages
