Job Responsibilities
  • Record and update maintenance logs accurately and in real time.
  • Collaborate with teams to facilitate logistics of maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct audits to ensure integrity of maintenance documentation.
  • Support the preparation of audit reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in training new team members on record management protocols.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements.
  • Provide analysis on maintenance records for performance assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage digital filing systems for easy access to maintenance data.
Job Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aviation (Maintenance Support) or equivalent
  • Relevant training in record-keeping and aviation regulations is preferred
  • Attention to detail High aptitude for maintaining accurate records.
  • Record-keeping software Experience with relevant software like TRAX or similar.
  • Database Management Skilled in handling databases like MS Access.
  • Communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Team collaboration Experience working in collaborative environments.
  • Problem-solving Ability to address issues and improve processes.
Advantageous
  • Experience with TRAX software: Familiarity with TRAX for managing aircraft maintenance records.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations: Strong understanding of compliance standards in aviation maintenance.
