Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research into exhibit themes and subject matter.
• Develop initial sketches and detailed design documents.
• Choose suitable materials and production methods for builds.
• Liaise with project managers to monitor and adhere to budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with a variety of stakeholders, including artists and engineers.
• Oversee the assembly and installation of exhibits, ensuring quality control.
• Evaluate effectiveness of exhibits through visitor feedback and assessments.
• Create educational content to accompany displays where necessary.
• Explore new technologies to incorporate into design processes.
• Provide mentorship to junior artists and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or similar field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a relevant capacity, ideally in arts or cultural settings

Languages
