We are seeking skilled Rolling Machine Operators to join our team in Sydney. As a Spanner Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of spanners with precision while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Setup and calibrate spanners for production runs.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues as they arise.
• Assist with training new operators on equipment operation and safety practices.
• Contribute to a culture of safety by promoting best practices among team members.

Requirements

Education

• No specific degree required but relevant training is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in manufacturing or construction environments preferred.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.

Soft Skills

• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent
