Responsibilities

• Lead test planning and execution of complex projects.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and assist in their development.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving product quality.
• Create and maintain test environments for various applications.
• Analyze test results and generate reports for review.
• Conduct risk assessments for software applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software quality assurance.
• Support releases and ensure quality in production rollout.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Selenium: Proficiency in using Selenium for automated testing.
