Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from concept to completion for various architectural projects.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure delivery of designs that meet their expectations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and propose solutions.
  • Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Utilize Building Information Modelling (BIM) for enhanced design collaboration.
  • Evaluate project performance against budget, timeline, and quality metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Develop design proposals that are creative, practical, and sustainable.
  • Coordinate with local authorities for necessary approvals and permits.
  • Mentor and train junior architects in design methodologies and project management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design
  • Master's degree in Architecture is strongly preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture
