Job Description

We're looking for a Financial Risk Specialist to lead cybersecurity initiatives, analyze potential risks, and develop actionable strategies. Your role will be pivotal in protecting our clients' information and meeting regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing financial systems for security vulnerabilities.
  • Establish risk assessments as part of regular security audits.
  • Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor security incidents and assist in resolution efforts.
  • Draft and revise incident response protocols for financial transactions.
  • Provide insights on security technologies to implement.
  • Coordinate with IT and compliance teams to align financial strategies with industry standards.
  • Report on risk exposure to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Engage in strategic discussions regarding cybersecurity investments.
  • Assist in the evaluation of third-party vendors for security compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in risk management or cybersecurity roles
