Sewing Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Sewing Machine Operators to join our production team. You will play a crucial role in manufacturing various sacks and bags, ensuring precision and quality in every product.

Responsibilities

• Create product patterns based on specifications provided by the design team.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of fabrics and materials.
• Conduct regular quality checks during the sewing process to identify defects.
• Work collaboratively with other operators to achieve production targets.
• Manage and optimize sewing machine settings for different materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
• Report any machinery malfunctions to supervisors immediately.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Textile and Clothing Production
• Diploma in Manufacturing or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in textile or manufacturing roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
