Job Description
The Bus Matron is crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of school children while they are on transport. This role involves maintaining discipline, addressing any concerns, and communicating effectively with students and staff.
Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and well-being of students on the bus.
Assist students in boarding and exiting safely.
Oversee student behavior and enforce bus rules.
Communicate with school staff and parents regarding concerns.
Document incidents and report findings to management.
Coordinate with bus drivers for timely arrivals and departures.
Assist with routine safety drills and training.
Provide first aid assistance as needed.
