Responsibilities

• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Organize and lead rehearsals for performances, ensuring readiness for showcases.

• Network with other performing arts educators to share best practices.
• Manage any necessary administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts or related field
• Master's degree in Dance Education is a plus

Experience

• Proven track record of at least 3 years teaching ballet in a professional setting.
