Job Description

As a Needle Leader, you will be at the forefront of our production efforts, leading a team of skilled needle technicians. Your leadership will drive daily production targets, ensure top-notch quality control, and uphold safety standards in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure production goals are met.
• Evaluate and adjust team workflows for optimal output.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between needle technicians and upper management.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines.
• Develop strategies for training and upskilling staff.
• Act as a liaison for inter-departmental collaboration.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock usage.
• Engage with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Textile Production or relevant qualification
• First Aid certification

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
