Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Team Assemblers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Team Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing a range of components, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with other team members to achieve production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test products per detailed specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly discrepancies.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained regularly.
• Work with the team to achieve production targets.
• Adhere to safety standards and quality benchmarks.
• Record and report any quality concerns.
• Participate in maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Engage in process improvement discussions.
• Follow all operating procedures meticulously.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly or related field

Technical Skills

• Manual dexterity
• Technical drawing interpretation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in manufacturing: Experience within a similar assembly role in the manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing: Familiarity with Lean principles and practices is a plus.
