Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Cable Swager to join our team. The Cable Swager will be responsible for performing swaging operations on cables and wires to create strong and durable connections. The ideal candidate will have experience in cable assembly, possess excellent attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute swaging operations according to project specifications.
• Analyze technical drawings to determine production requirements.
• Ensure operational excellence of swaging machinery.
• Test swaged products for durability and compliance.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality within the workplace.
• Keep detailed logs of production data and machine performance.
• Engage with team members to optimize production workflow.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges with swaging tools.
• Train new employees on machinery operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in cable assembly are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in related fields is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
