Job Description

As a Retail Manager in Mackay, you will oversee daily operations in our store, ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets. You will lead a dedicated team, implement merchandising strategies, and manage inventory, all while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and development of retail staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Engage with customers to receive feedback and improve service.
• Effectively manage promotional events and campaigns.
• Control payroll and operational costs to ensure profitability.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and staff appraisal meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
