The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring system security. Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to client inquiries and issues.
• Conduct system diagnostics and resolve connectivity issues.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
• Assist with software installations and upgrades.
• Participate in the configuration of network devices.
• Ensure compliance with IT security protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Certifications in ITIL or similar are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a support role
