Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Structural Engineer to join our team in Central Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the structural integrity of various construction projects. You will collaborate with architects, clients, and construction teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet safety standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative design solutions for complex structures.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of structural systems.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to local and national building codes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project delivery.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Implement quality control measures throughout the engineering process.
  • Support project management in tracking progress and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the structural engineering field
Technical Skills
  • Seismic Design
  • Concrete and Steel Design
Soft Skills

  • Critical Thinking
Certifications
  • Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) certification
  • LEED accreditation is a plus
Languages
  • English: Fluent
